  6. 1. developed using dBASE III, and compiled using Clipper  (summer
  7. 87)
  8. 2.  will run on any IBM-PC, or compatible, that uses MS-DOS  2.01
  9. (or greater) and have adequate memory.
  10. 3.  will  run  on  systems using  either  monochrome,  or  color,
  11. monitors.
  12. 4. will output to any standard dot matrix printer. (If more print
  13. lines  exceed  80 characters in length you have  the  ability  to
  14. enter  codes  that  will allow you to  set  output  for  compress
  15. print.)
  16. 5. have 'F1' help on all input fields.
  17. 6. can be personalized by user.
  18. 7. are marketed only under the 'SHAREWARE' marketing concept.

  20. AMORT (Version 1.10, 512k memory) MORTGAGE LOAN AMORTIZATION:
  21. Calculates and prints loan amortization schedules. Enter purchase 
  22. price  and  down  payment  (percent or  amount)  and  the  amount 
  23. financed  is  calculated for you. Enter  interest  rate,  payment 
  24. frequency  (weekly,  bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly,  or  annual), 
  25. total  number  of  payments  to be made and  the  total  loan  is 
  26. calculated  for you. You can then list to printer, or display  on 
  27. screen,  the amortized loan starting with a given  payment  date, 
  28. for  a  given number of payments, and see totals  for  principle, 
  29. interest, and balance for each payment and totals for each  year. 
  30. YOU  CAN  ALSO  DISPLAY/LIST THE AMORTIZATION  SCHEDULE  USING  A 
  31. DIFFERENT PAYMENT AMOUNT THAN THE ONE CALCULATED AND ENTER IN  AN 
  32. ADDITIONAL  PAYMENT  TO  BE  MADE ON  THE  LOAN  PRINCIPAL.  This  
  33. program  is  becoming  the favorite for  bankers,   real   estate 
  34. bagents,    and    accountants.  (Date  format   can    be    set   
  35. for international date usage.)

  37. REMENU  (Version  1.12,  512k  memory)  REMINDERS:  A   perpetual
  38. calendar and date reminder tickler system. Reminder notes can  be
  39. setup  under  ten  code groups that you  can  redefine.  Setup  a
  40. reminder  for a birthday and it will be reflected on the  correct
  41. day  of a week in any year you wish to call up. This is an  ideal
  42. program for business, clubs, and organizations that put out  news
  43. letters  on upcoming events. (Date format formats can be set  for
  44. international date usage.)

  46. PCMENU  (Version 1.14, 512k memory) PHONE CADDY: This is  one  of
  47. the  easiest to use mail list management systems on  the  market.
  48. You  will  be  entering names and  addresses  within  minutes  of
  49. installation.  You  select names by code, name (first  or  last),
  50. city, state, or zip. You can list names to printer, print rolodex
  51. cards  (two  sizes), mailing labels (almost any size),  and  your
  52. standard envelopes.

  55. PENPAL  (Version 1.02, 512k memory) PEN PAL: This is an  expanded
  56. version  of PHONE CADDY with the following new features:  a)  the
  57. ability to print one of four different sizes of the 'Little Black
  58. Book',  b)  with  a  built in word processor  you  can  setup  99
  59. separate  letter formats, c) selectively print letters for  names
  60. pulled from your address file.

  63. JCMENU  (Version  1.14,  512k memory) JOB COST: This  is  a  cost
  64. management  tool for businesses who make money only if they  stay
  65. within  their  estimate.  The  need  for  effective  and   prompt
  66. monitoring  of costs critical, especially for light  construction
  67. due to labor, material, and interest rates. This job cost  system
  68. provides  a simple method of entering budgets,  capturing  costs,
  69. capturing estimated percent completions, and projecting status of
  70. complex  projects. Reports include: expenses  actually  incurred,
  71. summary  of  all jobs, job status report, and  job  recap.  Quick
  72. setup  of new jobs, transfer of completed jobs to  storage.  Many
  73. other options.

  75. CALLMAST  (Version 2.08, 640k memory) CALL MASTER - SERVICE  CALL
  76. SCHEDULING  +  A/R: CALL MASTER is a full  feature  service  call
  77. scheduling  and  accounts  receivable  (with  invoicing)   system
  78. designed  for  use  in  such industries  as:  Pest  Control,  Air
  79. Conditioning, Lawn Care, Pool Maintenance, etc.  Each client  can
  80. have  multiple service locations, each location can have its  own
  81. unique  listing of services and related due dates.  The  accounts
  82. receivable sub-system is integrated into the call scheduling sub-
  83. system  in  that  each client location  receiving  services  must
  84. identify  the tax rate to be applied to all invoicing  posted  to
  85. it. One of the prime features of the 'CALL MASTER' A/R sub-system
  86. is  that the General Ledger Journal listings of sales will  group
  87. and  identify  sales and taxes by location area tax  codes.  This
  88. feature will save you hours of work in reporting tax receipts  to
  89. taxing authorities.

  91. dbf_DOC (Version 1.02, 512k memory) dBASE III FILE  DOCUMENTATION
  92. SUPPORT   UTILITY:  If  you  develop  systems  using  dBASE   (or
  93. compatible language products) you will want to use this system to
  94. help you to maintain your documentation on your file  structures.
  95. Just load a copy of your file structure into the dbf_DOC library.
  96. Enter  documentation for your data fields. You can then  list  to
  97. either the printer, of disk file (in text format), the  following
  98. listings:  Field not documentated, field mater dictionary,  field
  99. where  used  (file cross reference), and file  structure  listing
  100. with  field definitions. You can then merge this text  into  your
  101. system documentation manuals. If you change a file structure just
  102. re_copy  the  file into dbf_DOC library and enter any  new  field
  103. documentation.

  106. AUTO (Version 1.02, 512k memory) LOAN PAYMENT SCHEDULES FOR  USED
  107. CARS  SALES  MADE ON THE 'WEEKLY' PAY METHOD: This  system  is  a
  108. variation  of AMORT but defined only for used car sales.  To  the
  109. best of my knowledge this is the only program available that  can
  110. be used for calculating weekly payment schedules.
